The second annual Olive Oil Conference will once again celebrate the benefits of all types of olive oil with a focus on collaboration and knowledge-building to increase olive oil consumption in North America.

Insights from experts related to health, cooking and trade will be delivered always with a focus on practical applications. In addition to topical sessions and cooking demonstrations, group workshops will offer attendees an opportunity to brainstorm best practices for increasing local consumption. Attendees will gain first-hand experience by tasting a wide range of oils and enjoying olive oil-focused meals.
